Swaying with each step

Walking high among tall trees

Nearer sultry sun.

Ocean ruffles breeze

Sky embraced by lonely tree

Stones have caught blue tide.

 

Reaching for gray clouds

Stitched by a million raindrops

Green leaves weave fine lace.

Earthbound trees clinging

Clouds and birds soar slowly by

Island’s jagged edge.

Pathways of water

Trace a trail through arching trees

Jungle yields to stream.

Sailing to sunset

Beneath billowed soaring clouds

Gilded tropic sea.

Large tropical leaves

Fed by endless falling rain

Green grows everywhere.

 

Distant mountains rise

Pink clouds graze in pale blue sky

Palm trees softly sigh.
